Inner Courtyard of the Baronial Residence
Surrounded by its timeless charm, the Inner Courtyard of the Baronial residence welcomes guests with an elegant Welcome Drink and provides a breathtaking setting for the cutting of the wedding cake. The perfectly preserved ancient stone paving adds character and authenticity to this exclusive space, making it the ideal backdrop for a wedding with a historic and refined touch.
The Kitchen
The kitchen of Villa Zaira, the beating heart of the estate, is where exquisite creations and delicacies come to life to delight guests. Under the masterful care of Executive Chef Aldo Pagliara, every ingredient is transformed into a culinary masterpiece, providing a unique gastronomic experience for the wedding day.
The Swimming Pool
Once used for collecting “sanza” (waste material from olive oil production), the indoor swimming pool of Villa Zaira is now a unique and evocative space. Perfect for hosting elegant indoor buffets or as a backdrop to the romantic moment of the cake cutting, it offers an exclusive atmosphere with historic charm.
The Vaulted Hall
The Vaulted Hall, thus named after its distinctive vaulted ceilings, is a space dedicated to guests’ relaxation. Once an ancient ox stable, it has been carefully restored while preserving authentic details such as the original block flooring and feeding troughs. A charmingly historical setting, perfect for adding a memorable touch to the wedding day.
Agrumeto Area
Immersed in the enchanting fragrances of citrus trees, the Agrumeto is the perfect setting to conclude the reception, either while sipping on a coffee or a digestif, surrounded by an intimate and refined atmosphere. An exclusive retreat where guests can unwind and savour every detail of a perfect wedding.
Wooded Area
The picturesque holm oak wooded area is one of the most popular areas for the newlyweds due to its versatility and natural beauty. Perfect for a welcome drink during daytime weddings, or appetizers in evening ceremonies, or even al-fresco dining in warm summer evenings. The 22 chandeliers that illuminate the area create an elegant and romantic ambiance, making every moment even more special.
The Pond
Nestled in nature, the enchanting water lily pond is a corner of pure magic. Perfect for a moment of relaxation, it also becomes a breathtaking backdrop for capturing unforgettable photographs, offering bride and groom and their guests a romantic and timeless atmosphere.
The Portico
Located in the area commonly known as the “Garden”, the portico is a spacious and elegant structure that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Overlooking the central gazebo, it is the perfect setting to welcome guests during the fruit and dessert buffet, offering a warm and convivial atmosphere.
The Tea Room
Rich in history, the Tea Room is an elegant 18th-century lounge where nobility once gathered to sip tea. Today, it offers a shaded and refined setting for afternoon civil ceremonies, or as an exclusive space for the Welcome Drink before the religious ceremony.
The Main Hall
From this perspective, the main hall unveils its full Christmas splendour. The newlyweds' table, framed by five majestic Christmas trees, offers a perfect view of the entire hall, where every detail, from the elegant decorations to its adorned ceiling, creates a magical and refined atmosphere for a dream wedding.
The Festive Hall for Christmas Celebrations
This enchanting setting unveils the grandeur of a regal hall, perfect for hosting exclusive events. During the Christmas season, it is transformed into the ideal space for an exquisite buffet of appetizers, fruit, and desserts: wrapped in an ambiance of warmth and elegance.
